A. Right of Withdrawal

Intro

Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the conditions below. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Sahara Wave GbR, Waldwegstraße 48, 94354 Haselbach, Germany, Tel.: +49 160 1890233, E-mail: saharawave1@gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions / Early Expiry

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time of concluding the contract, are not nationals of a Member State of the European Union and whose sole place of residence and delivery address at the time of conclusion of the contract are outside the European Union.

General Return Notes (non-mandatory)

1) Please avoid damage and contamination. If possible, return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection during transport.
2) Please do not return goods freight collect (“unfrei”).
3) The above points 1–2 are recommendations only and are not a requirement for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
